Easygo Digital Technology Private Limited is now a fin-tech start-up company that was registeed in March 2022 with the Office of Company Registrar. It is developing "Sajilo Khata" digital recording solutions for small enterprises with the purpose of supporting them in properly handling sales transactions focused on credit sales management.
According to the National Economic Census 2018, 53% (sample size 923,356 business entities) of business entities (registered and unregistered) do not keep accounting/bookkeeping formally and do not have accounting records in Nepal.
Sajilo Khata is a modern mobile app-based record-keeping system that keeps track of financial transactions, such as receivables and cash sales. This is mostly targeted at small businesses who either keep business records manually paper based or do not keep them at all. It is also for those who cannot afford to purchase high-tech software and hardware system to record the business transactions.
