Tenant Mode
Tenants can:
-View their rental contracts and payment situation
-Receive announcements and notifications from the administrator
-Create and track complaints directly from the mobile app
-Stay informed about their residence without needing to log in to the web platform
Technician Mode
Technicians can:
-Access the list of assigned tasks in real time
-Update task status and leave comments after interventions
-Follow progress and communicate more effectively with the administration
(Note: task assignments are managed within the Andalus web application.)
