3. When VeryFit2.0 is in sleep monitoring status, recording deep sleep and shallow sleep and the duration of sleep. Help users to monitor their sleep quality
4. Because the APP need background reminding, it is running in the background all the time.
5. Connect and synchronize data to HealthKit,  APP can synchronize and record sport data, sleep data and calories data to Healthkit.
