Rotation, rotation, alignment!

The rotating area (magenta), all around the left, all will rotate. By operating the arrow keys to move to the position you want to rotate, please press the "Rotate" button. Blue circle will be the measure of cursor operation. In the vicinity of the center, the region of 3 × 3 is the rotation target.
