Are you looking for some motivation and inspiration to help you in your weight loss journey? When I started my own back in January 2014 I turned to Instagram to hold me accountable. I would take pictures of my daily eats and my weekly weigh in. I met some amazing people who were on their own weight loss journey and the community is amazing, offering so much support. I also found so many people who had amazing weight loss stories to share. Those stories motivated me so much and I craved my own story, which ultimately I was able to achieve by losing the 50 pounds I held onto for far too long. I had a passion to create something where all sorts of people could share their success stories for the world to see, the good and the bad. Everyone featured has their own story to tell and they have changed their life for the better.

My goal is by sharing these stories, from everyday people like you and I that others will find some motivation and inspiration, and embark on their own weight loss journey, and maybe one day we will see you share it on here! It’s not an easy journey and may be the hardest thing you do but it is definitely a journey worth taking, you owe it to yourself to be happy!
