Simplified Medical Record is a (new) way for physicians to record medical data (follow up notes, camera, pictures, presets) and annotate data using portable devices. It is primary developed by Medical Intelligent Group (a corroboration between Dept. of Computer Engineering and Faculty of Medicine) at Chulalongkorn University.
