George Foreman III and his EverybodyFights team have built the ultimate boxing fitness 'Training and Fighting' application to unleash the inner fighter in all of us!

The App has two user functions:

The FIGHTER APP allows Fighters to play custom workouts, create workouts with music, track workouts completed, design a training camp and truly Train like a Fighter.

The TRAINER APP allows Certified Trainers to Stream workouts and music in a classroom environment!

What is EverybodyFights?

EverybodyFights (EBF) is an authentic boxing fitness experience designed by George Foreman III to reflect a boxer’s training regime. EBF includes TRAIN/circuit work, ROAD/endurance work, BAG/boxing
work and BODY/core work. The workouts and music change weekly, providing you with new goals and new energy.

- Build a Fight Camp based on workout goals (“Rounds”)
- Track your Rounds and Fight Camp progress in your Fight Stats
