This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. In this new version we've made a series of improvements to enhance your workout experience. The app has undergone a complete redesign from the ground up. We have also added images showing you how to do the exercises along with a description of each one. There have also been some bug fixes and small improvements requested from our users.
