simply connect your motionize sensor (BLE) and run to the water.
You'll get live feedback on you stroke count and rate (Strokes per minutes),
as well as number of strokes per 100meter/yard.

Motionize SUP uses location when in background to allow the app to run with the screen shut and still get sound feedback and a detaild report, notice that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
