The Tracking Health in Kids (THinK) app is used as a part of a research collaboration between University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and University of California San Francisco (UCSF) to track health information in children. With this app, you will be able to log all significant life and health events that your child experiences, record any changes in your child's behavior, and keep track of any medications your child is taking. After a researcher helps you download this app, you will receive notifications 3 to 4 times a week to log any significant events that may have occurred, as well as complete a few behavioral questions about your child
