MY OPTIFAST JOURNEY offers a HIPAA secure patient platform with a unique login for each user, provided by your physician or provider.

On the app, you can schedule and access live appointments with health experts, access customized nutrition meal plans, watch on-demand videos and live fitness classes, attend support groups, and so much more. All these features can be accessed on-the-go or in the convenience of your home. Virtual, live consultations and classes are available seven days a week.

Compatible with the Apple Health App to track activity. Users can sync with the Apple Health app via the ‘Devices & Settings’ tile. Once synced, users can view their steps from Apple’s Health app under the Wellness Tracker tile.
