Typically observation reports done in the field are now paper, these reports are finalized and then scanned into electronic format for reporting. With the APP, files are created as electronic records which can immediately be emailed, additionally stored as electronic reports, printed out as PDF documents or moved electronically to be utilized in compliance reporting.
