The thirty2give app solves this problem by placing a virtual curtain between the two parties that removes all personal identifying information to ensure a more perfect transfer of knowledge. Thirty2give members are only identified by their non-personal identifying name allowing the mentoring conversations to focus only on the content of the knowledge transferred.
