Awesome Voice Notes is a small app that allows you to record your voice memos with a simple & cool interface.

The great thing about it is that it can transcribe your recordings automatically in a number of languages.

You can also edit the title & caption manually if that's what you wish. All the notes are then searchable by Siri. Ain't that cool?
