The Order Tracker application to track and process the online orders coming from third-party online ordering platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, Cozy Orders. This app works for the CozyPOS integrated implementations. Using the app the merchant can view and confirm the orders directly from the mobile app which will enable the kitchen prints and receipt prints at the CozyPOS Windows application in an outlet.

Orders can be confirmed from a CozyPOS desktop application or from this mobile app. In both the cases, the orders will be processed at the CozyPOS application. This will be a very good tool for the outlets to accept and process the orders through mobile and yet the orders or fully integrated with CozyPOS to give consolidated reports for walk-in orders and online orders.

This single application can be configured to process any third-party online platform and is fully integrated with CozyPOS. This application needs an internet connection to work and do not use local network.
