In addition to our popular indoor cycling program, which includes classes like Cycle, Tabata, and CycleLIVE, we offer a variety of strengthening, lengthening and resistance classes to meet all of your fitness needs. We have five studios in Connecticut: Westport, Darien, Wilton and Ridgefield, and two studios San Antonio Texas, JoyRide. Additionally, JoyRide and JoyX classes can be streamed live on your mobile device or iPad via Forte.fit
