SfHFT App is for Members of Society for Heart Failure and Transplantation (SfHFT) and serves as a platform for members to stay connected with office bearers of the society and be updated on various events and activities being conducted by the Society.
 
SfHFT App also serves as a platform for members of the society, specialists as well as other healthcare professionals and persons interested in study of heart failure and transplantation, to know about the annual conference of the society (SfHFT CON). The app gives information like scientific programme, faculty, committee, abstract etc. of each SfHFT CON.
