Effective July 1, 2023, some of the services offered by the Florida Office of Film and Entertainment have transitioned into the newly created Florida Department of Commerce. Florida Commerce will continue providing workforce, location, and technical assistance, as well as administering the Entertainment Industry Sales Tax Exemption program.
