You will learn the scales faster when playing them over and over again on the same chord.

- Start practicing with 84 bpm, than gradually improve to 96, 108 and 120 bpm.
- Mark the positions on the neck to get a thorough view of the scales.
- Arpeggio mode: practice major, minor, maj7, dom7, min7, 7b9 and dim7 chords as arpeggio.
- Experiment with different scales on the same chord.
