We have developed for you, Golden Tulip managers, a Virtual Reality experience to train yourselves about participative leadership using the tools above. We have also sent Virtual Reality glasses to all Golden Tulip hotels. Now, you just have to download the app “Playful Leader”, open the app, fill in your Genius ID and password to log in, and launch the module. Finally, you just have to insert the smartphone inside the Virtual Reality glasses and follow the instructions.
