By combining Overproof’s proprietary and comprehensive industry data with user-generated visual input of key elements in the bar – such as drink menus and the back bar – the app provides an analysis of the venue’s DNA. This includes insights about suppliers, line-up of brands and spirits, cocktail programs, and menu profiles.
