1) Open App Store on Apple Watch
2) There is search on top of App Store
3) In English speaking countries select scribble or voice recognition and look for "Gravity Waves"
4)In non English speaking countries there is usually only voice recognition, so it is easier to look for "astronaut", it will also find the game on first place probably
