The patients receive an invitation I.e. to do an x-ray, a consultation or a surgery. These days, many patients do not receive any reminder of the appointment and there seems to be a lack of a proper communication system. If the patient for some reason is prevented to come to an appointment, the only way to message this is to call someone in the hospital and the chance of the information getting lost on the way to the medical people responsible for this appointment is present.
