Tau Open is TAU’s new application for smartphones.
It allows you to control and monitor your automations provided with the T-Home module such as the gate, the garage door and the barrier at a touch.
Through the internet connection, the user will be able to open/close/stop the automation in real time and check whether the gate is open or closed.

With Tau Open, forgetting the remote control at home won’t be a problem anymore. Furthermore, if you are waiting for the gardener to do some landscaping at home and you need to go out,, no matter where you are, you will only have to use your smartphone to control your gate!

Through TauOpen, the installer can ask for remote assistance on the automation to TAU’s technical department, in order to understand the reasons of a possible malfunction.

For a proper operation, the T-Home module must be installed on the automation and set up with the home Wi-fi. In case of long distance, it is possible to use any range extender available on the market.
