Sports Medicine app to deliver a training program to patients of SSC.

* The Patient completes the course independently of SSC appointments.
* They have an option to view the list of exercise and video playback.
* The Patient has an option to comment on the session, how they got on thumbs up, down, meh.. or a similar.
* The patient can also note
- The weight lifted.
- Duration planned versus the actual time taken.
- Reps suggested by Physio, versus actual complete.
* The patient has the ability to move the session to a different day and can change the order of exercises in a session.
