The machine learning application classifies the dominant object in the camera into speech. Everything the app sees is converted to spoken text by the speaker's built-in device.  
I hope this application will help some people.It's completely free and without ads. I will try to improve it based on your comments.
Application does not use face detection and don't collect any data related to this.The application does not require an internet connection.
