What’s new with SoSecure
Presenting TrackMe* – our first add-on feature for SoSecure! Walking to your car on your own? Headed out for a run or maybe going on that first date? Or maybe you have to regularly be in unfamiliar settings or around strangers. No matter where you go, there’s no need to go it alone.

TrackMe provides two safety features in one package – Activity Tracking and Live Monitoring Agent.

Activity Tracking lets you set a timer for any activity and invite ADT to track you via GPS for that period (up to 4 hours each). When you’re done, just stop the timer. If the activity tracking timer expires and we can’t confirm you’re safe, we’ll notify 911 and/or your Guardians – your choice. You also have the option to have your Guardians track you in real-time during your activity – even if they don’t have the app.

TrackMe also gives you access to a Live Monitoring Agent, so you can have security by your side – virtually – for those times when things don’t feel right and you want to put someone on alert in case something goes wrong. Think of Live Monitoring Agent as your Virtual Bodyguard who’ll stay connected with you via phone or text until you feel safe again. With live GPS tracking, the agent can get you help quickly, if you need it.

It’s a lot of extra peace of mind for just $2.99/month.

SoSecure: safety that’s mobile like you
SoSecure lets you to take the safety and security of ADT with you on the go. SoSecure is a stand-alone, mobile safety and security app that can help you feel safer in your day-to-day life. On a date, out for a run or wherever life takes you, there’s no longer a need for you to go it alone and compromise safety for convenience.

SoSecure features a free, monitored SOS function that lets you contact ADT if you’re feeling unsafe or have an emergency. It lets you use the safest, most appropriate communication method, whether that’s a voice call or a text.

SoSecure also lets you set up a “Guardians” list, which can include family members or friends, and we’ll send them a text with your location in the event of an emergency. And if you need help right away, we’ll notify first responders on your behalf and share your location and provide them any pertinent details.

Subscription Pricing & Terms
If you choose to subscribe to the add-on feature, TrackMe, you’ll an get unlimited number of Activity Tracking sessions and have access to a Live Monitoring Agent, so you can have security by your side – virtually. Your TrackMe subscription has a 30-day free trial. After the 30-day free trial ends, the subscription will auto-renew monthly. You will receive your first charge 30 days after starting your trial. You can turn off auto-renewal for this subscription at any time by going to your iTunes Account Settings. If you do not want to be billed during your trial, you must turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before it expires. Please note that refunds won’t be provided for any unused portion of the current period.

*TrackMe feature requires month-to-month agreement. $2.99 plus tax monthly recurring fee. Services may be cancelled in your iTunes Account Settings. Your TrackMe feature has a 30-day free trial. Subscription will auto-renew monthly at the end of trial period. To avoid being billed once the trial is over, auto-renew must be turned off at least 24 hours before expiration.
