The B3 Academy app delivers digital courses and workshops of theory & techniques that are based on myofascial release, body stress release, trigger points and bodywork.

An increasing demand for and interest in the Brain.Body.Balance. technique led to the establishment of the virtual B3 Academy. To date, pilates instructors, physios and personal trainers have successfully integrated the B3 technique into their practice and approach.

B3 courses have been presented in South Africa, Germany, UK and South East Asia. Although the courses are ideal for pilates instructors, physiotherapists and personal trainers wanting to expand their expertise, it is also open to students who are interested in human anatomy and body stress release.
