The Alert app is a mobile solution intended to be paired with use of the Alert desktop software. Mobile users will be able to:

-Submit a geolocated and typed alert
-Receive push notifications if they are added to an incident
-Chat with first responders
-Live stream video from the phone camera
-Optionally allow background location tracking to have their position monitored by law enforcement
