Features- Users can now change the contact of a ticket in "Bulk Ticket Actions" and "Change Properties" modals.- Search ability is added in all lists now, like Change Assignee, Status, Category etc..Bug Fixes- Fixed an issue where adding private notes was not possible when there is no permission to add replies via agent panel.- Canned actions preview now works correctly with all the formatting intact, like hyperlinks etc..- Applied canned action now maintains the formatting unlike previous versions.- Some messages in a ticket might have rendering issues in full screen view. As a workaround, tap on the 3-dot icon at top-right of the fullscreen ticket update view, and then choose "View Full Ticket Update" button to see the update without any rendering problems.- Ticket details now load faster than before.- More Bug Fixes and Improvements.
