CareSynchrony® Screener enables senior living communities, (including independent, assisted living and memory care communities) to screen their staff as well as residents for disease symptoms on a periodic basis as per their facility policies for compliance purposes.

Communities can create a screening questionnaire customized to guidelines as well as their community policies and procedures. CSScreener then helps staff and team members at communities to quickly review and respond to the questionnaire.
