This TeleHealth app allows you, a St. Jude patient and family, to connect with your provider in the convenience of your own home, from St. Jude housing or the hospital. An an appointment is sent to you through the St. Jude TeleHealth app or by email. The St. Jude TeleHealth app connects you effortlessly and securely for a private visit with your St. Jude providers from your cell phone or mobile tablet. If you are an Apple Health user you will have the option to share important health information with your provider during your video visit. Sharing Apple Health data is optional but allows the provider to see heart rate, weight, and other health information to help them make a more accurate diagnosis.
