･ Register 2 consumption tax rates

Tax included / excluded calc button with 2 types of consumption tax rates.
･ You can change tax rates on “Settings” at anytime.

Structured calc
･ Go down and up between hierarchy with “Enter detail” button and “Upper level” button during calculation.
