Ladybirds Passenger Assistants (PA) are given the ease of use and
accurate record keeping of their jobs, runs, pay, and incident
reporting, all in one place!
PA can record any incidents, any notes for the particular runs they are
doing, and also provides Ladybirds with data for the run such as times
and locations and status of passengers who have been picked up or
dropped off.
PA values privacy and ensures data, down to the last bit, is
communicated through industry-standard secure channels. Along with
real-time location tracking.
Location is used only for when PA are "on shift" for the use of record
keeping and incident reporting when the appropriate authority requests
such information, to protect our staff.
