Who is SPRNG for:
Only clients of fitness professionals that use SPRNG, may use this app; clients must also have an online account to use SPRNG.

-Attend scheduled Zoom calls with your coach
-Access and utilize recipes created by your coach
-View on demand videos provided by your coach
-Access workout plans provided by your coach
-Track your fitness journey and take before and after photos
