The City of Delafield Police is a 16 sworn member professional law enforcement agency located in western Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Virtually mid-way between Milwaukee and Madison, Delafield is a smaller community of approximately 7,500 residents. It is the location of a major retail district on State Highway 83 and I-94, as well as a picturesque historic downtown off County High C and I-94. The city also surrounds Lake Nagawicka, a 981 acre lake that is a destination for watersports, hunting and fishing. The department strives to provide comprehensive community oriented policing services while being equitable in the enforcement of local ordinances and state statutes.
