The idea of the Proximodoro is simple - decrease distraction level by your phone throughout the day.
Open the app, press start button, rotate your phone so you don't see the screen (and don't get distracted by the enormous amount of notifications) and focus deeply on your tasks. 
Your phone can wait for another 25 minutes or hour, your tasks - not!
