The SYNC Health app brings together medical providers, healthcare workers, state, local and federal government officials, faith and community-based organizations, and others addressing HIV, HCV, STI, and LGBTQ health to “SYNC” systems, data, programs, models, interventions, and policies in this dynamic healthcare environment. In addition to content related to the annual SYNChronicity Conference, this app provides users updates and access to resources and online training.
