First Cooperative Society in UAE established to support craft work done by Emirates ideas and creativity.
The cooperative society is declared and registered handling the name (Dubai Co-operative Society) based on the Ministerial Decree No. (20) For the year 2014 on 01.16.2014 under the number (1) literal associations of cooperatives in the ministry records management and based in the emirate of Dubai in 2014.
The purpose of the above mentioned cooperative society is to raise the level of economic, cultural and social awareness among Emirati’s citizens through providing the following services to its members:
1. Promote members products through the ports held by the Assembly within the work area as well as local, regional or international exhibitions organized by the association or by participating in these exhibitions.
2. Provide training and workshops.
3. Provide the required materials for the members with affordable prices.
4. Support various types of local craftsmanship.
5. Provide education and information on artistic creativity and collaborative thoughts.
