Keeping a panic diary is an important part of overcoming panic attacks.
Panic Diary allows you to keep track of your panic attacks in an easy to use, clean, and simple interface.
Simply open Panic Diary, tap the + button, and fill out the form to record a new entry into your diary. We use a widely used template that asks for all the important information, such as severity, negative interpretations, and rational responses, so that you can refer to these later and build up your evidence against your panic attacks.
Panic Diary will also be useful when discussing your recovery with your therapist.
