DIGIPOLL Mobile application is developed to conduct the elections of the Indian associations in Qatar(Indian Cultural Centre, Indian Sports Centre, Indian Community Benevolent Forum and Indian Business & Professional Council) digitally. These associations are associated with the Embassy of India, Qatar. These associations conduct elections once in two years to elect their President and Management Council Members.

All the eligible members of these associations will download the Mobile App and cast their votes through it.

Members will be validated for their Mobile numbers and personal details before they proceed to cast their vote. They will choose a candidate for President and 4 candidates for Management Council. While casting the vote, the members have to take a selfie to authenticate themselves. There is also an OTP authentication before the vote is casted.

Associated Organizations nominated person can use the app to cast his/her vote too.

Once the election is over and the results are published by the Election Committee, results will be available in the Mobile App.
