With Take a (sync) Break you can create custom work-break time patterns and be notified whenever it's time to take a break or resume work.

You can sync a time pattern with others so all of you can take the breaks at the same time.

You can also import/export your custom time patterns and share them.

When you open this app for the first time, you might be asked to allow Notifications. This is part of the core functionality and the app uses notifications to inform you when a time interval or a time pattern has ended. Take a (sync) Break will never send you a notification that is not related to this functionality.
