This app enables you to be engaged in your care and it helps transfer control and responsibility for your health to you.
Reassure-HN tracks your health and shares measurements taken using approved medical devices with your clinical team securely and confidentially.

If your measurements are outside of the range your doctor has decided is normal and/or safe for you, then alerts will be triggered. These alerts are sent both to you, the patient, and to the clinicians taking care of you.

Only the relevant clinical and care staff can see your information using a secure medical grade system. This information helps your clinicians identify any problems that may be starting.
Data security is the cornerstone of what we do and all data is held and managed with the highest levels of privacy, security and compliance to relevant regulation. 

Reassure-HN may only be used with an account which your care team will configure.
