Citizen Blue allows law enforcement to report incidents along with electronic media (video, pictures, audio, documents) as evidence. Users can instantly record video to the app in criminal or life-threatening instances.

This database is public and accessible to all and law enforcement agencies from every county, to enable transparency in achieving and maintaining equal justice for all communities. The data is aggregated to measure equal justice in every county.
