Doktr is an app that allows you to quickly speak with an registered Belgian doctor via a video consultation. That way you can get safe medical care from wherever you want.

How does it work?
1. Log on securely with itsme
2. Answer a few short questions about your symptoms
3. The doctor contacts you via the app and starts the consultation
4. Receive a summary and any prescriptions in the app

All doctors on the platform are accredited and registered in Belgium. When they're not working in the doktr app, they're working in doctors' surgeries or hospitals.

Using the app is free for you. The reimbursement of the doctor is done directly with your health insurance.

What problems can doktr help me with?
You can come to us for all common complaints, such as:

Infections – Airway issues - Allergy - Skin problems (rash, acne, eczema, psoriasis, ...) - Cough - Fever - Childrens’ diseases - Urinary tract infection – Cold sore - Insect and tick bites - Headache - Abdominal pain - Contraception

In case the doctor decides you need medication for your complaints, he/she will prescribe the right medication for you. In case you are too sick to work you can also get sick leave note via the app.
