Cool Focus Timer uses the well known Pomodoro technique to focus on tasks by breaking up the work into focus sessions of typically 25 minutes. Short breaks of typically 5 minutes between the focus sessions reduce distractions and allow you to focus. Long breaks of typically 15-30 minutes after 4 focus sessions allow you to reset and go again.
