Our classes are a convenient way to maintain the mind and body connection and relieve the aches caused by our daily lives. Strong&Nimble blends multiple disciplines, primarily, yoga, dance, martial arts, ballet, calisthenics and serves it to you in an easy-to-follow, fun format that makes you look forward to the next class, not dread it. We understand that some days, life gets in the of a prolonged session. So we are providing quick classes that range between 10 and 15 minutes to help you either start the day or end it on a good note.
