If you buy the premium version you will have the option to create your own custom fortunes. You will also be able to select the data source for the fortunes, which can be:

1. Built-in app's fortunes
2. Only user's fortunes
3. Both App's and user's fortunes

The game is just for fun and none of the fortunes should be taken seriously.
