The My911 App will support your participation in our preventative health and wellness programs.

The App delivers a dashboard of data points to help you stay aware of your activity, sleep, weight and other information specific to the wearables you are using with your program. You may also share this information via the Apple Health App. Self-reporting can also be done on the My911 App if desired.

You may also be able to communicate with your health coaches and care team, set up reminders, participate in simple wellness challenges, privately connect with others, and more.

This App will not provide any diagnoses or treatment.
