EZ Venue is a community-based platform that connects businesses and individuals who have available spaces for rent to those looking to book a space for an upcoming event. The app shows listings of event venues that are sorted by area nearest to the user’s location.
Participating venues show up on top of the list followed by listings provided by Google Places API. Users are allowed to message the venue owner or in-charge, mark a venue as favorite and save it in the favorites list, as well as see venue details, pricing, and information on how to book. You can also see the venue’s location on the Map.
An inquiry form is also available for non-participating venues. The inquiry form may have the type of event, event date, estimated guests, message, etc. If the venue is a participating venue, inquiries are sent as chat via the messaging function.
